Do  not use cavicide, high alcohol content cleaners, or hydrogen peroxide, bleach on plastic components.  This can  dry out the plastic and  promote cracking.  Vector Research & Development  recommends Prospray sanitizing cleaner.Vector Research and Development Inc. recommends  prospray to clean your lil beaver unit and any of your sensitive, or plastic  based  office products.  The use of cavicide can promote drying of  the  insert tips sheath, unit, o-rings, cable.....   and increase risk of cracking components (especially insert sheaths).Insert sheaths  are autoclavable  do not clean with cavicide,  alcohol, or hydrogen peroxide,
