We at lil-beaver.com understand you want a seamless, and fair process when purchasing online. We also understand there will be instances you will need to return items. Please read our policies below.

          We are an authorized seller of Lil Beaver Ultrasonic Scalers and parts. Vector Research & Development Inc. is the USA distributor  of the lil-beaver line of products.   Contact us first if you have issues with your  lil-beaver product, we will try our  best to offer support over the phone.  Vector R&D Inc.  offers  repair services, and handles warranty issues. Below is their product warranty that we abide by and will assist to the best of our abilities.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Our guarantee policy could not be easier, all Vector products are backed by a 30-Day money back guarantee, period! If you are not happy with an item, simply return the product to Vector R&D with a copy of your dealer invoice and a brief statement explaining why the product did not live up to your expectations and we will replace the item or credit your dealer the full purchase amount for the merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased within the past 30 DAYS, be in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please DO NOT treat the product box/packaging as the shipping box. Place product in a larger box with enough packing material to survive shipping. Damaged items or those not in original packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. After 30 Days Items returned after the 30-Day Guarantee are subject to the product’s manufacturer limited warranty. If the item has a manufacturer’s defect or is malfunctioning, please give us a call. We will attempt to remedy any problems over the phone, however if this is not possible, you may return the product to us for repair or replacement (within the warranty period). Any products that have exceeded the manufacturers warranty period, may be returned to us for repair at the requisite cost.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. After inspecting the item, we will notify the dealer on the status of your credit/refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit to the dealer’s account. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
